Dundas Chart Builder is available within the Dundas Chart for ASP.NET and Windows Forms Enterprise installs, but you can download it and use it with the Professional Edition of Chart, as well as the SharePoint and Reporting Services versions. This isn't a standalone chart application, it's designed to create templates for Dundas Chart.

Requirements

You will need to have the .NET Framework to run Dundas Chart Builder.

If you create a chart that uses features from the Enterprise edition of Chart, that chart will not work on a system that has the Professional edition of Chart installed.

The charts created with Dundas Chart Builder can be saved in several formats, which can be used with a variety of programs:

• XML for use with Dundas Chart (Windows Forms or ASP.NET)
• XML for use with SharePoint (requires Dundas Chart for SharePoint)
• Image (BMP, JPEG, EMF, PNG, SVG, GIF and TIFF) for use with almost anything
• RDL for use with Reporting Services (requires Dundas Chart for Reporting Services)
• PowerPoint slide
