Q: I've subscribed to the technical newsletter,
why don't I get it?
A:
If you've subscribed to the
Dundas Technical
Newsletter and aren't getting it in your email every month (usually
near the end of the month), there are a couple of possibilities:
-
Your email address had a typo in it when you subscribed.
If that was the case, the email address will be unsubscribed when
mail to it is returned undelivered. You will have to
subscribe
again.
-
Your email account doesn't have enough free storage to receive the
newsletter.
If your email account is full, the newsletter will be rejected by
your email server. When this happens, your email address is removed
from the newsletter database. To resubscribe, clean out your email
account and
resubscribe.
-
Your spam protection considers the newsletter to be commercial bulk email.
Be sure to whitelist technical.newsletter@dundas.com;
only the technical newsletter will be sent from this address.
-
Your spam protection requires some sort of response (send email back to prove you're human, or click a link and enter a captch) to "validate" the newsletter email address.
Be sure to whitelist technical.newsletter@dundas.com
right after you sign up for the newsletter. We can't
ensure that all of these response mechanisms will be followed
in a timely manner.
